Cancellation Policy

Whilst I totally understand that sometimes things happen out of your control, I have to have a cancellation policy because late cancellations really impact a small business, especially when I have a waiting list.

New clients will be asked for a deposit to secure their first appointment.

Please be aware that if you cancel your appointment with less than 24hours notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment fee.
